2020 Passport to the Past Camp Information
Looking for a unique, non-competitive summer camp for your children ages 7 to 12 where they can experience history hands-on? The Huntington Historical Society offers its camp, Passport to the Past, each summer to bring history to life.
Campers will be able to wear colonial costumes, play original colonial games, tour historical sites, handle various historical artifacts that typically are viewed only behind glass displays in museums, and enjoy hands-on colonial-era activities such as:

- Weaving on looms
- Carding wool
- Limberjack toy making
- Butter churning
- Candle dipping
- Writing with a quill.
2020 Summer Registration Information
Session 1: | July 13 – July 24 | 9:00am – 12:00pm ages 7 to 12 | $300 for Society members / $400 non-members |
Session 2: | July 27 – August 7 |
Tuition Refund Policy: Tuition is refundable minus a $30 registration fee up to 30 days prior to session start date.
