Record Search Services provide easy access to our vast Archives

A search of resources in the collection of the Huntington Historical Society’s Resource Center and Archives is conducted by library volunteers who are experienced in genealogy.  For members and non-members we can search the manuscript, microform, book, and periodical collections.

 Fees for this service are as follows:
        For Huntington Historical Society Members:
                $15.00 in advance for resource review and initial response.
                $12.00 per hour thereafter.

         For Non-Members:
                $20.00 in advance for resource review and initial response.
                $15.00 per hour thereafter.

 The fee for the initial response (must be paid in advance) includes up to ten (10) photocopies, a research report and a research log.  Additional copies are 20¢ each.  Checks should be made payable to: The Huntington Historical Society.

 Copy Service

 For those who need a copy of a specific document, newspaper entry, etc. that does not require research we offer a photocopying service by mail subject to certain restrictions.  The charge is generally $5.00 plus 20¢ per photocopy plus postage.
